Enterprise & Channel Sales Director - Mexico City

Are you a strategic commercial leader with a strong network of enterprise customers, integrators, and channel partners? Do you have a proven track record of driving business growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and building long-term relationships across the technology ecosystem?

We are partnering with a global technology company to identify an Enterprise & Channel Sales Director who will lead the B2B commercial strategy and accelerate growth across Mexico.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a fast-paced, international environment, focused on expanding enterprise business, strengthening channel partnerships, and driving market penetration across multiple industries.

Who are you?

  • Experienced commercial leader with a strong background in B2B technology sales
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts, channel partners, and systems integrators
  • Strong network within the Mexican technology ecosystem
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development
  • Experienced leading multidisciplinary teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Support
  • Comfortable representing the company at industry events, customer meetings, and executive forums
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, and highly accountable

What will you do?

  • Lead the B2B and channel sales strategy across Mexico
  • Develop and expand relationships with key integrators, distributors, and enterprise customers
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple vertical markets
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer acquisition
  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed commercial team
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies alongside marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Strengthen the company’s presence within key industries such as hospitality, government, healthcare, education, and corporate sectors
  • Manage strategic accounts and executive-level customer relationships
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities

What are we looking for?

⚠️ Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2B technology sales, channel sales, or enterprise business development
  • Strong experience working with systems integrators, channel partners, distributors, and enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering revenue growth and commercial results
  • Previous experience leading commercial teams in a regional or national capacity
  • Experience within networking, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or related industries
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Availability to travel frequently within Mexico
