What is your role?

As a Trade Compliance Specialist willbe responsible forensuring that the companycomplies withall applicable international trade laws and regulations. This includes monitoring and interpreting trade regulations, preparing documentation, conducting audits, and providing guidance on trade compliance matters to internal stakeholders.

Major responsibilities and tasks

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and other applicable laws.

• Prepare and maintain required documentation for import and export operations.

• Ensure accurate product classification and manage required declarations and licenses.

• Conduct internal audits to identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions.

• Assess trade compliance risks and recommend strategies to minimize exposure.

What do you need to have?

• 0-2years of experience in Trade Compliance and Customs.

• Experiencewith MEX and U.S. export/import regulations and international trade laws.

• Experienceon Annex 30 and Annex 24.

• Knowledgerelated tocertificationsas VAT,OEAand CTPAT.

• USMCAand Duty mitigation.

• Experiencein the management of an IMMEX.
