Data Performance Analyst Coordinator

The Data Performance Analyst Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of digital platforms and lead-generation campaigns, leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities, optimize costs, and develop strategies that drive lead generation and conversion.

The position will transform data from multiple sources —including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, websites, and other digital platforms— into actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance of digital campaigns and platforms, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads , and other digital platforms.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
• Leads generated.
• Cost per Lead (CPL).
• Conversion Rate.
• Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
• Click-Through Rate (CTR).
• Conversions by channel.
• Analyze website and other digital touchpoint performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct performance analysis across campaigns, channels, audiences, and content.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and budget optimization across digital campaigns and platforms.
• Develop lead-generation forecasts and campaign performance projections.
• Develop strategies to increase lead volume and lead quality.
• Analyze lead generation and distribution by region/state to identify market-specific opportunities.
• Analyze data to identify which content, campaigns, channels, and platforms deliver the best results.
• Develop performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor A/B tests and performance optimization initiatives.
• Identify performance gaps against targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and other business areas to align lead-generation strategies with commercial objectives.
• Maintain accurate performance databases and reporting tools.
• Recommend new tools, platforms, methodologies, and measurement approaches to improve digital performance.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, digital performance, performance marketing, paid media, or related areas.
• Proven experience working with digital advertising platforms.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing lead-generation campaigns.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing performance reports.
• Experience in automotive, retail, technology, e-commerce, or other lead-generation-driven industries is a plus.
