About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring needs at our manufacturing site. In this on-site role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates arriving for face-to-face interviews and will ensure a seamless and professional recruitment experience. On a typical day, you will help manage the flow of 60–70 applicants, assisting them through the various steps of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Welcome and register all incoming candidates onsite Oversee the completion of new-hire documentation Schedule and coordinate medical exams and background checks Track candidate progress in collaboration with Recruiters, HR, and hiring managers Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily reports Provide excellent service and support to applicants during the hiring process Qualifications Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing coordination preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with MS Office and ATS tools is a plus <
