Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly collaborative, and experienced in recruiting within complex corporate environments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of the Talent Acquisition processes;
• Partner and lead vacancy consultation discussions with stakeholders and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed time frames, roles, and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process;
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines;
• Drawing talent acquisition and sourcing strategy: hunting ground, key words, job boards for posting, market mapping and ensure exceptional candidate experience through the hiring journey;
• Conduct behavioral-based interviews and coordinate assessment processes;
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
• Collaborate with HR partners to resolve operational issues and improve workflows;
• Provide administrative support for hiring activities and process documentation.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in talent acquisition area;
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using interview techniques and evaluation methods;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates;
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Full English proficiency.
