Lead - Loan Collections & Recovery Team

Didi

DiDi está buscando un/una Team Leader de cobranza para el equipo de Post Loan en CDMX. Coordinarás a 15–20 agentes y supervisarás procesos de cobranza, asegurando el cumplimiento y la eficiencia en la recuperación de portafolios de Cash Loan y Credit Card.

Se requiere al menos 1 año en un puesto de líder de equipo, experiencia en banca/fintech y manejo de reportes y forecast. Ofrecemos un entorno diverso e inclusivo y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.
