Location: México
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Preferred) | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT
Project-Based Contractor | 6-Month Engagement
About the Role
We're looking for a highly technical and performance-driven Meta Ads & Paid Media Strategist to support recruitment marketing campaigns; this is a hands-on execution role focused on driving qualified applicant volume through Meta and Google Ads while optimizing campaign performance across a variety of recruiting audiences.
What You'll Do
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Allocate budgets strategically based on hiring priorities and campaign performance
- Develop and execute audience, bidding, and funnel strategies
- Continuously improve Cost Per Click (CPC) and Cost Per Applicant (CPA) performance metrics
- Monitor campaign pacing and make autonomous optimization decisions
Recruitment Marketing
- Navigate Meta's Special Ad Category restrictions for employment advertising
- Design strategies to reach qualified candidates despite targeting limitations
- Optimize lead generation campaigns for recruiting initiatives
- Support hiring campaigns across diverse talent segments ranging from specialized professionals to high-volume recruiting needs
Analytics & Attribution
- Manage conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and UTM strategy
- Analyze applicant funnel performance and identify drop-off points
- Collaborate with teams to improve attribution from ad click to completed application
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
✅ What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 5+ years of paid media experience
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Search, and Performance Max campaigns
- Proven experience with campaign planning, optimization, and performance analysis
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Advanced English communication skills
Highly Preferred
- Recruitment marketing or talent acquisition advertising experience
- Experience with Employment/Special Ad Category campaigns on Meta
- Experience with Meta Lead Forms and lead generation funnels
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo
- Understanding of conversion tracking and applicant attribution
Compensation
Direct Contractor:
$28,000 – $32,000 MXN net/month
