Location: Mexico City, Mexico

At CMA CGM , a world leader in shipping, logistics, and supply chain solutions, we are looking for a Sales Support Professional to join our Commercial Team in Mexico City.

This position plays a key role in supporting the commercial activities of our Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams while managing an assigned portfolio of customers. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and eager to contribute to business growth in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide administrative and commercial support to Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams.

✅ Manage and develop an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities.

✅ Support contract implementation, tender submissions, rate management, and commercial agreements.

✅ Coordinate and escalate customer service issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely resolution.

✅ Create and maintain customer accounts, partner codes, contracts, and pricing records within company systems.

✅ Support commercial negotiations by processing pricing requests, discounts, TLI applications, and contractual updates.

✅ Follow up on booking-related issues, routing challenges, and freight discrepancies to ensure a smooth customer experience.

✅ Promote CMA CGM's end-to-end logistics solutions, including Value-Added Services (VAS), CEVA Logistics, eCommerce, and Intermodal Services .

✅ Actively engage with customers through follow-up calls and commercial initiatives to strengthen relationships and grow business opportunities.

✅ Collaborate with Trade, Customer Service, Sales Effectiveness, and other commercial stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

✅ Promote digital solutions and drive customer adoption of My Prices and other CMA CGM digital platforms.
