We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and play a critical role in supporting key customer programs across Mexico. At CHEP Automotive & Industrial North America , we're looking for a Key Account Representative to support and grow our automotive customer portfolio across Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly autonomous professional who thrives in customer-facing environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is eager to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business growth

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation and onboarding of new customer programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Monitor account performance, identify opportunities, and proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and operational assessments.
• Drive customer satisfaction while balancing business objectives and operational priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with business systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and advanced Excel reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40-50% within Mexico.
