Team Overview
We're looking for a very capable leader to join a high performing team.
The Restaurant Strategy team defines the investment framework and several policies, working closely with our Restaurant partners. This position will lead a team of highly capable professionals running investment models and assessing our ROI, while defining key policies to boost the business of our partners.
Role Responsibilities
- This role is essential to have the right framework to work with thousands of Restaurants in Spanish Speaking Latin America.
- This person will design and guide the implementation of strategies to improve our profitability and efficiency working with our restaurant partners.
- Leading cross‑functional teams is a key aspect of the role, as the solutions designed by this person will be implemented by a wide range of teams.
- Some of the role's main stakeholders are Commercial, Campaigns, Product, Data Science, User Engagement, and Courier Engagement.
- This role is challenging in both leadership & analytical skills. It will require deep analysis, and moving the organization to implement solutions based on those insights.
