SaaS Billing Specialist — Subscriptions & Inquiries

Apollo.io is seeking a Billing Advocate in Mexico City to join our Customer Support team. You will be the primary contact for billing questions, handling refunds, cancellations, and invoice discrepancies while following established workflows.
You will work with Finance and Sales to resolve issues, maintain audit-ready records, and educate customers on invoicing and subscriptions. Fluency in English is required.
