Responsibilities

• Play a vital role as a trusted business partner to local Commercial and Category Finance teams across Latin America.
• Lead the evaluation of innovative marketing initiatives using P&L; analysis and advanced financial techniques.
• Serve a hybrid work model based in Mexico, with two in‑office days per week for collaboration and engagement.
• Deliver world‑class financial services to Mexico Capability Center clients, consistently meeting and exceeding SLA expectations.
• Consolidate and validate P&L; reports for a designated country in Latin America.
• Collaborate with local Finance and MBS teams to prioritize and align on weekly and monthly deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
• Foundational knowledge of P&L; lines and their drivers.
• English intermediate level.
• Intermediate Excel skills (required).
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.
• A proactive mindset with curiosity and a drive to explore and improve tools and processes.
• Spanish (native proficiency).
• English (fluent).
• Portuguese (bonus but not required).
