IT Support Specialist (First & Second Level) - Mexico

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Specialist (First & Second Level) to support our international operations. In this role, you will ensure smooth IT services for our users, contribute to global IT projects, and be a key point of contact for technical support.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide IT support (1st & 2nd level) for internal users across local and international locations
• Support business applications, especially in production and logistics environments
• Handle incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, phone, and email
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues ( on-site & remote )
• Install, configure, and maintain IT workplaces, PCs, and meeting rooms
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and global IT teams
• Maintain and improve IT documentation and knowledge base
• Support IT projects and process improvements
• Manage IT assets and inventory
• Deliver user onboarding sessions and trainings
• Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes

✅Your Profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in IT support / helpdesk environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach
• Reliable, structured, and proactive working style
• Solid knowledge of:
• Windows environments (clients & servers)
• Microsoft Office
• Active Directory
• Server applications (basic administration)
• Languages:
• Spanish (required)
• English (required)
• (German is a plus, but not mandatory)
