Head of Operations & Automation (Staffing & EOR)

About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Operations & AI Enablement to build and scale our Staffing and

EOR operations into a high-performance, revenue-generating engine.

This is not a support role. This is not a management-only role. This is a revenue-driving

leadership role through operations.

What You’ll Do:

Operations Ownership

● Own and scale Staffing and EOR operations end-to-end

● Lead recruitment, delivery, and client success

● Build high-performance, revenue-driven teams

● Ensure consistent delivery, client satisfaction, and growth

Revenue Through Operations

● Turn operations into revenue growth, retention, and expansion

● Improve time to quote, close, and revenue activation

Workflows, Systems & Execution

● Design and optimize operational workflows

● Improve speed, efficiency, and consistency

● Eliminate bottlenecks and manual inefficiencies

Automation & Digital Execution

● Implement automation across operations and quoting

● Increase output and accuracy

● Reduce manual work

Deal Coordination & Execution

● Align sales, quoting, and operations

● Improve deal quality, close rates, and revenue activation

Must-Have Experience

● Deep experience in Staffing AND EOR operations

● Proven experience owning operations end-to-end

● Strong track record of driving revenue through operations

● Experience improving efficiency and scaling teams

● Experience managing recruitment, delivery, and client accounts

● Strong workflow and process design experience
