Your role at Baxter:

You, as Supervisor, Commercial Excellence, will support Analyst participates actively in commercial planning efforts by providing candid, objective, in-depth information about current and future markets, product performance, customers, and competitors. Additionally, identifies critical business issues and opportunities for growth. Collaborates with Renal and HP teams. Works to embed an external market point of view into the organization's strategic direction.

What you will be doing:

Customer Relationship Management

• Collect and coordinate a wealth of data pertaining to individual and group consumer profiles.
• Increase the speed at which is resolved the problem's customer for finally improve client happiness.
• Get feedback from our clients for develops actions and activities advised for give them more happiness with the services and products Baxter
• Control all the opportunities that the team of specialists and KAE register, giving them the vital regulation. Generate the indicators reflecting the success of the opportunities.
• Show how to being transparent, easy to connect with and ready to provide rapid support and services, will foster the development of a strong and appealing brand image.
• Provide information about the performance of our team, improve it this is one of the most important CRM objectives, based on standard methodologies, application of extensive knowledge about our products and use the tools of sale and marketing in force.
• Provide the data that your CRM system collects and used as part of employee reviews and employee incentive programs.
• Focus on the service, based in customer happiness, this focus to support our Business Units en their main goals.
• Work with marketing and commercial for send out materials targeted to customers with interests and purchasing abilities specific.
• Increase customer engagement via social networking.

Business Intelligence

• Support in market evaluation to support launch activities for new products.
• Evaluate the market landscape, supervise changes and analysis trends in market dynamics and competition.
• Provide recommendations on marketing strategies and tactic efficiency.
• Provide an objective market perspective grounded in a detailed comprehension and examination of customer and environmental information.
• Communicate Financial key indicators throughout the organization.
• Partner with sales/marketing, business development, medical, regulatory, finance, manufacturing, and others.
• Assist in strategic decision making across functional areas to help improve renal commercial success.
• Establish yourself as a strategic thought partner to establish relationships with the Marketing team. Offer an objective commercial viewpoint through understanding and analyzing commercial and market information. Help support informed business choices.
• Efficiently employ secondary and primary market research techniques with defined business impact.
• Plan and coordinate the detailed collection of quality, useful and relevant information from the company environment as well as rival businesses.
• Detect changes in sales, income, expenses and other important data of the company or organization.
• Transform data into reports and conclusions that serve to make the best decisions for the company in different areas; Financial, strategic, operational, etc.
• Advise management in decision making.
• Compare the strategies put in place and check if they have served to achieve the objectives or expected results.
• Identify changes in consumers' behaviors or preferences in relation to the company for which they work and the competition.
• Detect new market opportunities and business lines based on extracted data.

What will you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree (LAE / Marketing) MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred
• 5 or more years' work experience in business development, or other analytical work in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related industries.
• Experience developing and using Excel-based models and conducting quantitative analysis.
• Experience in prelaunch marketing, market planning, long-term planning, or related field would be advantageous
• Experience in Specialty Products is advantageous
• Knowledge in Potencial Markets Building
