Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.**WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:*** Personnel management.* Resource and process control.* Safety, quality and production management.* Supporting programs to reduce setup, improve efficiency and quality, reduce manufacturing cycle time, lower conversion costs, minimize machine downtime and achieve on time delivery.* Continuous improvement management.* Review of production sequence and work plan.* Achievement of goals for Daily Rate, / Request Day / OTS / PD.**YOU HAVE:*** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.* + 3 years of experience in the production area, preferably in metal mechanic manufacturing experience.* Desirable experience in cutting processes, aluminum, painting, and assembly.* SQDCC board experience.* Intermediate English preferred.* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools especially Excel.* Ability to demonstrate skills such as emotional intelligence, leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork.* Willingness to work different shifts **WE HAVE:*** A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
