Spanish Bilingual Virtual Assistant

Magic is looking for a highly organized and proactive Spanish Bilingual Executive Assistant to support a US-based client with executive and administrative tasks. Rate: $6USD/hour Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week | US Business Hours Start: ASAP Responsibilities:

• Provide C-Level executive and administrative support
• Manage inboxes, calendars, and phone communications
• Handle documents, records, and CRM updates
• Conduct research and prepare concise summaries
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and business partners
• Communicate professionally in Spanish and English

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Experience working with US-based clients and different time zones
• Proficient with CRM, email, calendar, and business tools

Work-from-Home Requirements:
