Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.**About the Role** The Revenue Manager will lead and supervise a team of three Revenue Analysts based in Mexico City, serving as the primary escalation point for complex revenue recognition matters. This role is critical to aligning the Mexico City team with the Shared Services Center (SSC) in India, ensuring seamless global coverage. The Manager will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, and Pricing teams, applying deep technical expertise in ASC 606 to a SaaS business model. The position is based in Mexico City.**Responsibilities*** Supervise and develop a team of three Revenue Analysts* Serve as the primary escalation point for complex contract reviews and revenue recognition issues* Ensure full alignment with the SSC in India for 24-hour global coverage* Review customer contracts and provide technical guidance on ASC 606 compliance* Partner with Sales, Legal, Sales Operations, and Pricing teams* Support SOX compliance and interact with external auditors* Manage revenue recognition across all Salesforce products, clouds, professional services, and acquired companies**Qualifications*** Strong expertise in ASC 606 and its application in a SaaS/tech environment* Prior experience managing or mentoring accounting professionals* **Fluent Spanish and English are required**; Portuguese is a plus* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities* Experience in tech companies or public accounting (Big Four preferred)* Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, constantly evolving environment**Unleash Your Potential** When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.
