Responsabilidades

• Drive production efficiency through process optimization, reducing cycle times and defects.
• Ensure process compliance through effective monitoring and control.
• Equip the production line with the necessary tools and resources.
• Standardize work processes with detailed instructions and procedures.
• Enhance training effectiveness with visual aids and hands-on experience.
• Develop a skilled workforce through comprehensive training.
• Optimize production flow through efficient layout design.
• Maintain process stability through continuous monitoring and adjustment.
• Prevent and mitigate production issues through proactive measures.

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of practical experience in manufacturing operations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
• Proven track record in tool design and development.
• Experience in programming and operating automated equipment.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
