Procurement Coordinator

The Procurement Coordinator ensure the timely and efficient procurement of materials, supplies, and services required for plant operations, aligning purchasing activities with supply chain objectives. The role is key to optimizing costs, maintaining material flow continuity, and strengthening relationships with strategic suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement processes based on demand and production planning requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive conditions in price, quality, and delivery times.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics and production to prevent supply chain disruptions.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
• Oversee compliance with contracts, purchase orders, and internal procurement policies.
• Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, delivery times, and purchasing efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain processes.
• Promote a culture of compliance, safety, and quality within the supply chain function.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in procurement within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of material planning (MRP/MPS) and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
