Communication Analyst

Responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and support business objectives in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The role requires advanced English proficiency to effectively collaborate in a global organization and support cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal communication campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and manage internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and digital content.
• Plan and coordinate employee events, engagement activities, and internal initiatives.
• Design visual communication materials and manage digital communication channels, including information screens and communication boards.
• Lead internal branding initiatives to reinforce company culture and employee experience.
• Coordinate with external vendors for printed materials and promotional items.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) to support communication and project management.
