Identity Management Consultant

Location: Santa Fe, Mexico City (100% on-site)

Tential is seeking an Access Specialist Level I to support user and contractor access within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role focuses on day-to-day identity and access requests, including onboarding, offboarding, role-based provisioning, password support, and access documentation, while following least-privilege security principles.

Responsibilities

• Provision user accounts during onboarding, including role-based access and secure credential management.
• Process user offboarding and remove access in accordance with established procedures.
• Manage approval requests, password resets, and routine access requests.
• Apply the principle of least privilege when granting or modifying access.
• Create and update process documentation as issues, exceptions, or process changes are identified.
• Provide timely solutions to access-related issues and escalate when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to support users across multiple time zones.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation as required.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, service desk, identity/access support, or a related environment.
• Working understanding of Active Directory and Okta environments.
• Knowledge of server and PC workstation hardware, software, and security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS, including application provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, MCSE certification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with ticketing or workflow platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with PowerShell.
• Familiarity with game-development processes, consoles, or related terminology.
