• Strong background leading 360° marketing strategies, brand launches, and performance-driven campaigns for international consumer brands in Mexico.
• Previous experience working in FMCG = Fast-Moving Consumer Goods companies, managing high-volume brands, mass-market campaigns, and consumer-focused commercial strategies.
• Experienced in tracking, analyzing BIG DATA, and reporting marketing performance metrics to optimize commercial strategies and support business decision-making.
• Hands-on experience managing digital platforms, monitoring KPIs, campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and market trends across multiple brands and large-scale operations.
• Skilled in coordinating digital marketing strategies, content management, web performance monitoring, and data-driven campaign optimization for consumer brands.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders while supporting high-impact commercial and marketing initiatives.
• Experience working with large-scale marketing operations, multi-channel campaigns, retail-oriented strategies, and fast-paced environments requiring analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, collaborating with operations, PR, digital teams, agencies, sales, and commercial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital tools, reporting analysis, BIG DATA, and performance tracking with strong adaptability to business intelligence and data visualization environments.
• Advanced experience leading brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, market expansion projects, and consumer engagement initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.
• Fully bilingual professional with advanced English communication skills and international business exposure.
