Enterprise QA Delivery Lead — AI-Driven Testing

Zendesk, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an IT Principal Enterprise Delivery Lead to orchestrate QA governance across large-scale ERP transformation programs.
You will lead enterprise QA delivery, drive testing platforms, and partner with Business and Product leads to prevent disruptions during go-lives. The role requires deep QA automation expertise, hands-on leadership in Playwright and Jenkins, and ability to scale QA through AI-enabled approaches while ensuring traceability and auditability
