Senior Graphic Designer – OFF-WHITE

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to support creative projects for OFF-WHITE . This position requires a strong visual perspective, a solid understanding of contemporary fashion and culture, and the ability to translate creative direction into compelling visual concepts.

The ideal candidate should have experience working within fashion, streetwear, luxury, lifestyle, or other creative industries. They must be highly proficient in graphic design and visual creation tools, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates their creative approach, technical capabilities, and quality of execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of visual concepts aligned with OFF-WHITE’s creative direction and brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with creative, product, merchandising, and cross-functional teams throughout the development process.
• Create moodboards, visual research, presentations, and creative direction materials for seasonal projects.
• Use illustration, typography, photography, collage, digital composition, and mixed-media techniques to develop visual proposals.
• Translate cultural, fashion, music, art, and lifestyle references into relevant and original creative concepts.
• Prepare clear, organized, and production-ready files according to project requirements.
• Work with external vendors, suppliers, and production partners to ensure creative quality and technical feasibility.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Present creative concepts and proposals to internal teams and leadership.
• Provide creative and technical guidance to junior designers, freelancers, or external collaborators when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, luxury, streetwear, lifestyle, youth culture, or a related creative industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with additional design and creation tools such as Figma, Procreate, After Effects, or similar platforms is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, visual storytelling, image editing, illustration, and digital content creation.
• Ability to understand and work within established brand guidelines while bringing a strong and relevant creative perspective.
• Strong awareness of fashion, art, contemporary culture, and emerging visual trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage seasonal calendars, changing priorities, and multiple deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in English.
