Outbound Sales Representative (Monterrey)

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to support outbound sales efforts for a commercial roofing company.

This role will focus on calling commercial property owners from a provided lead list, introducing the value of a free roof inspection, qualifying prospects, handling objections, and scheduling inspection appointments for the roofing team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to commercial property owners using a provided lead list.
• Introduce the company and explain the purpose of a free roof inspection.
• Follow the client-provided script and adapt messaging when appropriate.
• Qualify prospects based on roofing needs, property type, possible storm damage, inspection interest, and appointment availability.
• Handle common objections professionally and confidently.
• Schedule qualified roof inspection appointments.
• Accurately document call outcomes, notes, follow-ups, and appointment details in the CRM or tracking system.
• Maintain strong daily call volume and consistent outreach cadence.
• Follow up with prospects who request more information or are not ready to schedule immediately.
• Communicate appointment updates, lead quality, and recurring objections to the team.

Requirements

• Experience with outbound calling or appointment setting by phone.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence speaking with U.S. based prospects.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
• Strong phone presence, objection handling, and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, and sales processes.
• CRM experience or ability to accurately update lead/contact records.
• Ability to work from a provided list of commercial companies and phone numbers.
• Professional, persistent, coachable, and comfortable with rejection.
• Strong attention to detail when documenting calls and appointment information.
• Availability to work full-time remotely.

Nice to Have

• Experience calling property owners, business owners, or commercial decision-makers.
• Experience in roofing, commercial roofing, real estate, insurance, storm damage, home services, or construction-related sales.
• Familiarity with roofing inspections, hail damage, insurance claims, or contractor services.
• Experience overcoming objections and explaining service value without sounding overly scripted.
• Based in Monterrey or nearby areas.

Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $26,000.00 al mes
