Sr Procurement Buyer (Monterrey)

The Sr Procurement Buyer is responsible for purchasing goods, materials, services, and ensuring all operational needs are met while considering price, quality, and delivery. This role negotiates mid‑size value contracts, manages supplier communication, conducts competitive bids, identifies cost‑reduction opportunities, and maintains compliance with strategic procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on customer needs.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Conduct negotiations and competitive bids.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Review and monitor purchase requisitions.
- Manage supplier communication.
- Understand market trends.
- Ensure compliance with strategic procurement.
- Project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP purchasing systems.
- Six Sigma Green Belt.
