Role Overview

We are looking for a customer‑focused and analytically‑minded individual to be a member of our Mexico City office on the Sustainability Data Advisory team. This is an opportunity to join a core team at a growth‑stage start‑up that works with the world's top companies to accelerate their sustainability programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise sustainability teams at many of the world's top companies.
• Work directly with customers on how to measure actionable carbon and non‑carbon footprints to reach sustainability goals.
• Lead measurement sessions and deliver advisory services that unlock the full value of the Watershed platform.
• Assist customers in setting up measurements to meet sustainability goals.
• Serve as a trusted partner in emissions verifications and provide specialized advisory to optimize data and methodologies.
• Collaborate with science, engineering, and product teams to pioneer innovative measurement solutions and expand Watershed's sustainability intelligence layer.

Qualifications

• 5‑6 years of experience in a consulting, solutions‑engineering, or other customer‑facing role.
• Experience in sustainability‑related fields, greenhouse gas accounting, and/or ESG reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex topics to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organized, systematic, and efficient work style.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume environment and handling ambiguity.
• Meticulous and detail‑obsessed.
• Passionate about solving climate change and eager to contribute at a fast‑paced startup.
• Willingness to work from the office 4 days per week (remote not allowed).

Location and Work Arrangement

This position is based in Mexico City. Employees are expected to work from the office four days per week, with remote work not permitted for this role.
