The Delivery Customer Success Manager acts as a key operational partner to our commercial team and customers. In this role, you will coordinate customer requests, manage quotations and renewals, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will play a critical role in driving activities forward, removing roadblocks, and ensuring customer needs are addressed efficiently from initial request through invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests from initial inquiry through operational follow-up and invoicing coordination.
• Prepare and manage quotations, renewals, and annual agreements for assigned accounts.
• Provide operational support to Account Managers and help drive day-to-day customer activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements and resolutions.
• Proactively identify risks, remove operational roadblocks, and maintain clear communication with customers and stakeholders
