Sales Manager - Home Respiratory Care | Sleep Therapy | CPAP/BiPAP

Sunny Grand is expanding our team in Mexico and is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the medical device market.
Qualifications
Requisitos del puesto
- Licenciatura concluida en Administracion,Mercadotecnia, Ingenieria Biomedica, Medicina,Enfermeria o areas relacionadas.
- Minimo 3 anos de experiencia en ventas dentro del sector de dispositivos medicos, equipos
respiratorios, cuidado respiratorio domiciliario,medicina del suerio o servicios de salud.
- Experiencia comercial con productos como CPAP,Auto CPAP, BiPAP, ventilacion no invasiva,
concentradores de oxigeno, mascarillasrespiratorias o equipos para terapia del sueno.
- Conocimiento del mercado mexicano de dispositivos medicos y experiencia trabajando con
distribuidores, hospitales, clinicas del suefio,neumologos, medicos especialistas, proveedores
de home care y cuentas clave.
- Experiencia en desarrollo de distribuidores apertura de mercado, ventas B2B, gestion de
cuentas clave y seguimiento de proyectos comerciales
- Capacidad para elaborar y ejecutar estrategias deventas, desarrollar nuevos clientes y cumplir
objetivos comerciales
- Habilidades solidas de negociacion, comunicacion,oresentacion de producto y manejo de relacionescon clientes.
- Perfil orientado a resultados, proactivo, organizadoy con capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Mexico
- Español nativo o avanzado.
- Ingles intermedio o avanzado para comunicacioncon el equipo internacional.
- Experiencia previa en empresas de cuidado respiratorio, medicina del sueño, ventilación domiciliaria o equipos médicos.
- Experiencia con marcas o productos similares a ResMed, Philips Respironics, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Löwenstein Medical, BMC Medical, Yuwell u otras compañías del sector respiratorio.
- Red de contactos con distribuidores de dispositivos médicos, clínicas del sueño, neumólogos, hospitales y proveedores de atención domiciliaria.
- Experiencia en licitaciones, ventas institucionales, capacitación de producto y lanzamiento de nuevas líneas en el mercado mexicano.
