Quality Analyst— Mexico, Guadalajara, Henkel Consumer Brands

About this Position
Asegurar la calidad de materias primas, procesos y productos terminados mediante la ejecución de análisis, inspecciones y actividades de control de calidad durante todo el proceso productivo.
La posición contribuye al cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente, normativos y del Sistema Integrado de Gestión, garantizando la liberación de productos conformes y la mejora continua.
What you´ll do
- Realizar análisis fisicoquímicos y sensoriales de materias primas y productos terminados.
- Liberar, retener o rechazar materiales y productos conforme a especificaciones.
- Ejecutar actividades de control de calidad, muestreo, monitoreo y trazabilidad.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de BPM, requisitos SHEQ y procedimientos internos.
- Gestionar registros de calidad, desviaciones, CAPAs y seguimiento a proveedores.
- Apoyar programas de metrología, calibración y mejora continua.
- Escolaridad y experiencia: Bachillerato Técnico o Licenciatura en áreas afines a Control de Calidad, Química, Procesos Industriales, Laboratorio o disciplinas relacionadas.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en actividades de control y aseguramiento de calidad dentro de entornos industriales o de manufactura.
Conocimientos Técnicos:
- Control de calidad de materias primas, procesos y productos terminados.
- Técnicas de análisis fisicoquímico y sensorial.
- Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y Buenas Prácticas de Documentación.
- Gestionar no conformidades, Acciones correctivas y mejora continua.
- Gestión y desarrollo de proveedores.
- Conocimiento en Normativa ISO y Sistemas Integrados de Gestión
- Deseable Manejo básico de SAP
- Uso de bases de datos, registros electrónicos y herramientas de seguimiento

- Comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo.
