Digital Marketing Scrum Master – LATAM Markets

We are looking for a passionate person to act as our Digital Marketing Scrum Master for the LATAM markets.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in GSK Brazil, Argentina and Mexico on Scrum & agile practices within digital marketing.
• Bring innovation in Customer Experience and Digital Marketing.
• Lead daily scrum, sprint review and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.
• Support Global Cx Lead and Regional CX Directors with release planning and brand collaboration.
• Track spend versus budget, oversee invoice management of third parties.
• Remove impediments such as cultural or logistical challenges.
• Foster close cooperation, cross‑training and supportive teamwork.
• Lead communication and collaboration inside and outside the team.
• Shield the team from external interference and maintain productivity.
• Encourage self‑organization and growth through coaching and role‑playing exercises.
• Create a safe environment where problems can be raised without fear.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related areas.
• Experience with Marketing or Customer Experience Projects in pharmaceutical companies.
• Proficiency in English.
• MBA in Digital Marketing and/or Project Management (preferred).
• Experience as a Manager leading Digital Marketing.
• Deep understanding of digital market and innovation technologies.
• Intermediate knowledge of Spanish.
