- Participarás en programas clave (inducción, capacitación y engagement) que conectan a la gente con la estrategia.
- Tendrás autonomía para proponer mejoras y automatizar procesos rutinarios. ⚙️
- Serás el punto de apoyo para colaboradores y líderes, con impacto directo en la experiencia laboral.
¿A quién buscamos?
- 1–3 años en RR. HH. o roles afines.
- Ingles intermedio/avanzado.
- Formación en RR. HH., Administración, Psicología o similar.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas digitales (Excel, HRIS) y ganas de aprender nuevas tecnologías.
- Mentalidad data-driven.
- Adaptable, creativo.
- Proactividad, autonomía y fuerte personal branding. ✨
Responsabilidades clave:
- Atender consultas y orientar sobre políticas y procesos de RR. HH.
- Implementar y dar seguimiento a programas de talento.
- Mantener registros con precisión y preparar informes útiles.
- Colaborar con gerentes en temas de desempeño y disciplina.
- Detectar oportunidades para simplificar procesos y ahorrar tiempo. ✨
