File resolution Specialist (Virtual Assistant - Paralegal)

Salary: Starting at $13,000 MXN per month, increasing to $16,000 MXN after meeting KPIs by day 60

Benefits: 2 weeks of paid time off after 6 months

About the role

At Lifetime Financial, we help people recover funds they didn’t even know they had. We work with unclaimed assets across the United States, and every case we complete means real money going back to the right person.

We’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple cases. You’ll play a key role in keeping each claim moving forward and making sure everything stays on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize case files from start to finish
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and request documents
• Work closely with internal teams, including research analysts
• Coordinate with third parties such as courts, custodians, and attorneys
• Keep accurate records and ensure files are complete
• Follow up on pending items and help move cases toward resolution
• Stay on top of deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to handle multiple cases at once
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Professional and reliable work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Background in Law, Legal Studies, or Paralegal work is a plus (not required)
