LATAM HR Leader — People, Compliance & Onboarding

MGA Entertainment

MGA Entertainment is seeking a talented HR Generalist – LATAM based in Mexico City to provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. This role collaborates with LATAM leadership and global HR to deliver a consistent employee experience aligned with MGA's culture.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR, strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, and fluency in Spanish and English.
