Global P2P & GBS Site Leader, Guadalajara

Elanco seeks a Senior Director, Global Purchase-to-Pay and Global Business Services Site Lead in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will lead the global P2P organization and serve as site leader for the GBS operation, shaping service delivery, compliance, transformation, and stakeholder partnerships across markets.
The role requires 10+ years in GBS or finance operations, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or Accounting, and experience leading 100+ staff across regions.
