The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be more than a recruiter — you will act as a strategic partner to the business, connecting the right talent to our mission. You will design and lead hiring strategies that ensure the organization has the people, skills, and potential to meet today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

• Enable Business Growth: Partner with leaders to anticipate talent needs and design hiring strategies that connect the right people to critical priorities.
• Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate, hired or not, leaves with a positive perception of our brand.
• Innovate in Sourcing: Apply advanced tools, market intelligence, and creative channels to engage diverse, high‑quality talent.
• Guide Leaders: Coach hiring managers in interviewing, decision‑making, and building inclusive teams.
• Use Data to Drive Decisions: Monitor and share insights on recruiting metrics, talent trends, and workforce availability.
• Develop the Function: Mentor peers, improve processes, and help scale best practices across the Talent Acquisition team.

• Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Mastery in sourcing techniques, networks, and platforms. Ability to map markets, benchmark competitors, and attract diverse talent pools.
• Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Designs engaging and fair candidate journeys. Builds trust and credibility with leaders through consultative influence.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making: Uses metrics and analytics (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion) to evaluate and improve outcomes. Communicates insights clearly to non‑HR stakeholders.
• Inclusive Leadership & Collaboration: Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices. Works effectively across functions and geographies to deliver results.
• Change Agility & Innovation: Adapts quickly to shifting business needs. Experiments with new recruiting technologies, tools, and approaches.

What You Bring

5–7 years in Talent Acquisition, with strong results in professional and leadership hiring.

• Skills: Advanced sourcing, market research, employer branding, and stakeholder influence.
• Mindset: Consultative, agile, and growth‑oriented.
• Tools: Comfort with ATS platforms, HR tech, and talent analytics.
• Bonus: Experience recruiting across diverse geographies or industries.
