Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist
Xylem
Xylem is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and coordinate interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently. This hybrid position is based in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico, with a flexible schedule to attract top talent.
You will develop recruitment strategies, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting employer branding initiatives across platforms.
