Ingeniero Mantenimiento Coordinador
Propósito de la posición: Planear y coordinar de acuerdo a los requerimientos de la Planta las actividades del área de Mantenimiento electromecánico con la finalidad de conservar la maquinaria, equipo de producción y proceso con el objeto de garantizar eficientes niveles de producción y conservación funcional y estética.Dar todo el apoyo a las áreas de la Planta para lograr objetivos y a través de las herramientas adecuadas promover y generar la cultura de la mejora continua
Conocimiento y experiencia requerida:
Ingeniería Electromecánica, Mecánica, Electrónica y/o afines.
2 años de experiencia liderando equipos de mantenimiento (preventivo, predictivo, correctivo), gestión de activos y manejo de presupuesto.
Conocimientos en Gestión de proyectos de Ingeniería, tecnología en procesamiento de alimentos, seguridad alimentaria y regulaciones.
Experiencia en Mecánica en general, neumática, hidráulica, electricidad, PLC básico, diseño, TPM.
Dominio del Inglés intermedio.
Dominio intermedio – avanzado de SAP y Excel.
Principales responsabilidades:
Planificar, coordinar y controlar las actividades de mantenimiento electromecánico, asegurando la ejecución de programas preventivos, predictivos, correctivos y reactivos.
Garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos mediante la implementación de mejoras técnicas y de procesos.
Liderar y desarrollar al personal técnico, proporcionando capacitación, recursos y acompañamiento para el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.
Gestionar proyectos de ingeniería y mejoras menores, desde su conceptualización hasta la puesta en marcha, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costos y estándares corporativos.
Coordinar contratistas, técnicos y áreas de soporte para asegurar la ejecución eficiente y segura de las actividades de mantenimiento y proyectos.
Promover una cultura de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, garantizando el cumplimiento de procedimientos, normas internas y estándares internacionales aplicables.
Asegurar la adecuada documentación técnica, capacitación de usuarios y transferencia de conocimientos relacionados con equipos e instalaciones.
Brindar soporte técnico a las áreas productivas para contribuir al logro de los objetivos operativos y de negocio.
Gestionar la comunicación oportuna de eventos, riesgos e incidencias que puedan impactar la operación de la planta.
