Sr Lean Engineer

Pentair currently has an opening for a Sr. Lean Engineer. This position is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives to systematically enhance performance, quantify improvements across the site, and oversee operational processes including safety, quality, production, and material handling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Lean Enterprise activities across the site.
• Review operations and provide solutions to address safety/ergonomic, quality, cost, and throughput issues.
• Ensure standard work procedures are followed (steps and timing) and address deviations as needed.
• Conduct staffing and capacity analyses for operations.
• Solve problems of diverse scope, requiring analysis within defined processes and systems.
• Identify, define, and develop solutions to issues not immediately evident in existing processes or systems.
• Understand customer needs when making day-to-day decisions, providing feedback and occasionally taking action based on changes in customer requirements.
• Utilize strong communication skills to exchange information within the local team; negotiation is primarily within the department or function.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate engineering discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Lean tools, AutoCAD & Power BI
• Knowledge of
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
