The role operates on a global scale , with creative supporting audiences, teams, and stakeholders across multiple international markets. You’ll collaborate regularly with colleagues around the world, so you must be confident speaking and working professionally in English .

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape work across organic and paid channels, combining static design, motion, animation, and short-form video. You’ll have the freedom to influence what great social creative looks like, bring new platform trends and ideas into the creative process, and produce work designed to capture attention and drive performance.

The Senior Social Designer – Motion & Performance Creative will set a high creative standard across social, taking ownership of demanding briefs while ensuring every execution feels native to the platform it was created for.

Role Highlights

– Create social-first static, motion, animation, and short-form video content

– Produce platform-native creative for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels

– Develop and optimize content across both organic and paid social campaigns

– Turn campaign concepts into scalable social assets, adaptations, and high-impact cutdowns

– Work on social campaigns and creative projects with global reach across multiple international markets

– Collaborate with global creative, content, and marketing teams

– Stay ahead of emerging social trends, formats, and platform behaviors and bring those ideas into the creative process

– Use AI-supported creative tools to accelerate versioning across formats, audiences, and channels

You Will Need

– A standout portfolio showcasing social-first design, motion graphics, and short-form content

– Hands-on experience producing creative for both paid and organic social campaigns

– Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills and strong motion design capabilities

– Excellent knowledge of social trends, engagement hooks, and platform-specific best practices

– Experience in an agency, creative studio, or in-house environment

– A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style creative culture

– Confidence working with teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures

– Strong spoken and written English is essential – you must be comfortable participating in meetings, discussing and presenting creative ideas, receiving feedback, and collaborating with global stakeholders in English
