Gross Monthly Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 MXN

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Modality: On-site

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% of time

What This Job Involves

This position sits at the center of Mexico's growth strategy for Property Management. You will scale the Mexico Property Management business exponentially across Industrial, Office, Multifamily, and Retail sectors while overseeing a national team of 100+ professionals. The primary mandate is strategic growth: bringing new business and new clients to JLL Mexico while maintaining operational excellence across the existing portfolio.

What Is Your Day to Day?

• Drive exponential growth by identifying and securing new Property Management opportunities across all major real estate sectors in Mexico
• Lead and develop a national team of 100+ Property Management professionals, fostering a culture of client focus, accountability, and innovation
• Own full country P&L for Mexico Property Management business, ensuring cost management, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency
• Partner with Capital Markets, Leasing, and Advisory teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions and position JLL as Mexico's Property Management leader
• Develop and implement sector-specific strategies addressing unique operational, financial, and client requirements across Industrial, Office, Multifamily, and Retail properties
• Build and maintain C-suite client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, high client satisfaction, and long‑term partnerships
• Lead business development efforts, maintain sales pipeline, and collaborate cross‑functionally to create winning service strategies that drive revenue growth

Desired Experience And Technical Skills

• Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Real Estate) preferred
• Minimum 10-15 years in commercial real estate property management with progressive leadership responsibility; previous Senior Director or Country Leadership position required
• Proven track record managing multi‑sector property portfolios (Industrial, Office, Multifamily, Retail) in the Mexico market
• Strong P&L management experience within Fortune 500 environment with demonstrated financial acumen
• Fluent English (mandatory); exceptional communication skills with C-suite executive presence
• Experience with property management technology platforms, building automation systems, and PropTech solutions
• Strategic mindset with strong bias towards execution, transformation leadership, and change management expertise
