What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with industry-standard BIM tools such as Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D , or comparable platforms.
• Strong conversational English skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain BIM MEP models across mechanical, electrical, plumbing disciplines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and perform clash detection to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Generate construction drawings, isometrics, sections, and detailed documentation directly from BIM MEP models.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure technical consistency across project deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and technical planning sessions.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and industry best practices.
