Internal Communications Intern

Description

Internal Communications Intern supports the creation and execution of internal communication materials and engagement initiatives within the organization. This role focuses on assisting with visual content, organizational projects, and creative activities that strengthen company culture and internal communication.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and organized student with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and interest in design, communication, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of internal communication materials.
• Create presentations, visual assets, and graphic content for internal initiatives.
• Assist in planning and tracking communication calendars and internal activities.
• Support internal events, engagement activities, and culture initiatives.
• Assist with basic photography and video editing for internal content.
• Organize and manage creative files, materials, and deliverables.
• Use AI tools to support creative processes and content generation.
• Research communication trends, design references, and digital tools.
• Collaborate on digital and internal communication projects.
• Provide general support for communication and culture-related initiatives.

General Knowledge/Competencies

• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• AI tools for design and communication
• Basic knowledge of photography, video editing, and digital content
• Intermediate English

Requirements

Education/Skills:

• Actual student of: Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing or related fields. (only student)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience

• At least 1-year experience in similar position.
