Most B2B growth is vanity dressed up as strategy. Reach numbers nobody can tie to revenue. MQLs that never become anything. "Brand awareness" budgets that quietly evaporate. If that sounds familiar, you already know the problem.

Blindspot makes out-of-home advertising programmatic make sense. The screens in airports, on highways, in malls and city centers, bought and optimized like a Meta campaign instead of through six-month handshakes and faxed insertion orders.
We're one of the fastest growing players in the programmatic DOOH space, used by over 25.000 clients, including Snoop Dogg, Airbnb, Notion, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Morning Brew, Pepsi, Samsung, P&G and many more.
Out-of-home is one of the most wastefully bought media in advertising. Enterprise brands pour fortunes into it and lose visibility the moment the money leaves. We make every dollar measurable, and we make every dollar work harder.
That is the whole company. Efficiency. Squeezing more outcome out of the same budget.
We want a growth marketer wired the same way. Someone who looks at a pipeline and sees the leaks, the waste, and the steps that should be automated and are not. Someone who builds a demand engine, not a pile of campaigns.
What you'll own
You own the engine that turns enterprise brands and start-ups from strangers into qualified pipeline.
Inbound and outbound, and the judgment to know which one a given segment actually needs. The content and channels that pull the right buyers in.
The outbound motion that reaches the accounts worth reaching. The automation underneath it all: capture, scoring, routing, so nothing leaks and nobody chases the wrong lead. The nurture that keeps a six-figure deal warm across a long enterprise cycle. And the numbers that prove it works, by stage, not by vanity.
You build the machine. You report to the founders directly. No middle layer, no permission slips.
This is enterprise demand gen, which means real sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and patience. It is not a quick-win game. If you live for spikes, this is the wrong seat. If you get a quiet thrill from a pipeline that compounds month over month because the system you built keeps working while you sleep, keep reading.
What we care about
Proof that you have built a B2B pipeline that produced revenue, not impressions.
A demand engine you set up, and the numbers behind it: pipeline created, conversion by stage, cost to acquire. A nurture sequence that moved cold accounts to booked calls. An outbound motion that booked meetings with people who were not looking for you. An inbound play that pulled qualified buyers in on its own.
We care that you know the real difference between inbound and outbound, and when each is the right tool instead of a reflex. That you can stand up marketing automation without needing a six-month consulting engagement to do it. That you think in pipeline and CAC and stage conversion, not reach. That you find the leak in a funnel before you find an excuse.
Systems thinking. Demand-gen rigor. Ownership. Receipts. That is the list.
What we don't care about
We do not care how many years you have done this. A sharp operator who has built one pipeline that actually worked beats a decade of "managing campaigns" that never tied to revenue. Time served is not skill.
We do not care about your degree, or whether you have one.
We do not care where you live. New York, Lagos, Manila, anywhere with a few hours of overlap with the team. Deliver the work and the map stops mattering.
And we do not care which famous companies sit on your CV. Big logos run sloppy funnels too. Show us the system you built and what it produced, not who you sat next to.
This role is not for you if
You need a detailed brief before you can start. You measure success in reach and impressions. You think growth is a stack of tactics you copy off a LinkedIn thread. You want a big team and a vendor for every task. You get nervous when there is no playbook and no agency to outsource to.
No hard feelings. It is just not this.

You read "build the machine" and already started sketching it in your head. You have set up automation and nurture flows that genuinely moved pipeline. You can hold the difference between inbound and outbound in your hands and pick the right one on purpose. You want to own a demand engine end to end instead of running one slice of someone else's. You would rather build a pipeline that compounds every month than chase a one-off spike.

Send us one B2B pipeline you built, and the story behind it. What you set up, the inbound and outbound calls you made, the automation underneath, and the numbers it produced. One page, a Loom, a link, whatever does it justice.
We read for systems thinking and proof, not polish. A scrappy doc with a real pipeline result beats a beautiful resume with none. Send a generic cover letter and an attached CV and you will very likely hear nothing back. That part is the test.
