About the Role
This is not a brand marketing, content marketing, social media, events, paid marketing, or generalist growth role. We are looking for an exceptional email operator who lives and breathes outbound email, deliverability, segmentation, campaign operations, and lifecycle email programs. Email is one of Cosign's most important go-to-market channels. C1/C2 English proficiency required. This role involves daily written and verbal communication with English-speaking management, vendors, and internal teams.
Our goal is to execute targeted sub-campaigns based on key market triggers such as occupancy changes, new supply, ownership changes, management changes, and other relevant signals. We are looking for someone who can build the systems, processes, segmentation, deliverability, and operational rigor required to make that possible.
This role requires someone who can bring order to complexity. As our email volume grows, success will depend as much on organization, campaign governance, audience management, data hygiene, and operational discipline as it does on messaging and campaign strategy. You will serve as the single owner of outbound email performance at Cosign, managing campaign execution, audience segmentation, deliverability, email infrastructure, data hygiene, personalization, and performance optimization.
What You'll Own
Campaign Execution & Management
- Build, launch, monitor, and optimize 10+ concurrent outbound email campaigns
- Own the campaign operating rhythm required to consistently reach Cosign’s ICP on a monthly cadence
- Build and manage targeted campaigns based on occupancy changes, new supply, ownership changes, management changes, and other market signals
- Manage campaign calendars, schedules, and audience assignments
- Coordinate with Sales and leadership on messaging, targeting, campaign goals, and audience priorities
- Own campaign QA, launch processes, and execution standards
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and at scale
Performance Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve open rates, reply rates, engagement, targeting, and messaging effectiveness
- Run ongoing A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, personalization, audience segmentation, and send timing
- Create weekly reporting on key email metrics, campaign performance, audience learnings, deliverability trends, and recommended next steps
Audience Management & Data Hygiene
- Own audience segmentation strategy, campaign targeting, and ICP coverage
- Manage suppression logic, exclusion rules, contact hygiene, and audience governance
- Prevent duplicate outreach, audience overlap, and over-contacting
- Support email journeys across acquisition, nurture, engagement, and retention, ensuring communications are coordinated and measurable
Deliverability & Email Health
- Monitor sender reputation, inbox placement, domain health, bounce rates, spam complaints, and unsubscribe rates
- Maintain deliverability best practices as Cosign scales toward 150k+ outbound emails per month
- Partner with technical teams on SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain setup, and email infrastructure
- Identify and resolve deliverability issues before they impact campaign performance or sender reputation
- Support domain warming, suppression management, and sending infrastructure decisions
AI-Assisted Personalization
- Use AI, CRM data, and campaign insights to improve email relevance and performance
- Build scalable personalization workflows across audiences and campaigns
- Create repeatable processes that improve personalization without sacrificing operational efficiency
- Use campaign learnings to improve messaging, targeting, and audience segmentation
Email Operations
- Own email operations within HubSpot, Apollo, and related CRM, enrichment, and marketing automation systems
- Build scalable workflows, automations, campaign checklists, and QA processes
- Maintain documentation, operating procedures, and campaign governance standards
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM and outbound systems
- Create visibility into campaign performance, campaign ownership, and active outreach efforts

Requirements
- 3+ years managing outbound email programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS, marketplace, PropTech, or outbound-heavy environment
- Experience managing multiple email campaigns at scale from strategy through execution
- Strong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, audience governance, and email operations
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM and outbound engagement platforms
- Experience improving open rates, reply rates, and overall campaign performance
- Experience building email workflows, sequences, and campaign automation
- Experience using AI and data to personalize communications
- Excellent written communication skills
Preferred
- Lifecycle marketing experience
- Experience managing email programs inside HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
- Experience improving inbox placement and deliverability
- Experience implementing audience governance and data hygiene frameworks
- Experience scaling outbound email volume while maintaining strong performance
- Experience partnering with Sales, Growth, RevOps, and Customer Success teams
- Experience in fintech, insur-tech, financial services, or another relationship-driven B2B market
Success in This Role
- Cosign consistently reaches priority ICP segments on a defined monthly cadence
- Every outbound campaign is organized, documented, QA’d, launched on time, and measured
- Open rates, reply rates, engagement, and campaign quality improve quarter over quarter
- Leadership has clear visibility into what campaigns are live, who they target, who owns them, and how they are performing
- Duplicate outreach, audience overlap, conflicting campaigns, and over-contacting are eliminated
- Deliverability remains strong as outbound volume scales toward 150k+ emails per month
- Email becomes a reliable, measurable, and scalable growth channel for the business
