Cosign is on a mission to expand access to housing by helping landlords approve more qualified renters, without increasing risk. We partner with owners and property managers to close the qualification gap caused by conditional approvals, thin credit files, and the absence of guarantors, materially improving leasing conversion and occupancy. We're building toward a near future where every U.S. property offers Cosign to renters who struggle to qualify, expanding housing choice while helping owners and operators convert demand into signed leases.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are expanding our executive presence on LinkedIn, and we need someone exceptional to help us do it well. This is not a standard content marketing role. You will own the voice of our most visible leaders, turning rough ideas, voice notes, and meeting moments into content that builds brand authority, generates real engagement, and positions us as the defining PropTech company in the U.S. rental market.

You will work directly alongside the Head of Marketing and our founders, meaning your fingerprints will be on the content that shapes how the industry sees us. Every post, thread, and campaign you produce is a direct representation of the company. Speed, originality, and editorial judgment are non-negotiable.

One important note: this is a writing role in the truest sense. We expect original, creative thinking that reflects genuine understanding of our business and voice. There is a written component to our interview process. Submissions that rely heavily on AI-generated content will not move forward. We use AI as a workflow tool, not a ghostwriter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executive content strategy and production: own the LinkedIn presence of our founders and senior leaders, transforming voice notes, rough ideas, and business updates into polished, high-performing content that builds authority and drives real engagement.
• Brand voice and consistency: define and maintain the distinct tone of voice for the company and key individuals across all written channels, ensuring every piece sounds authentic, credible, and on-brand.
• Content calendar and execution: plan, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn and relevant channels, managing multiple drafts, revision cycles, and feedback loops with discipline and speed.
• SEO and GEO integration: embed keyword strategy and search optimization into content production without sacrificing voice or readability, contributing to our visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search environments.
• Performance analysis and iteration: track engagement and content performance, using data and feedback to continuously sharpen strategy, tone, and output.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with the Head of Marketing and founders to align content around product launches, partnerships, market moments, and business milestones.
• Competitive and trend intelligence: continuously benchmark how competitors and industry thought leaders show up on LinkedIn, identifying opportunities to differentiate and stay ahead.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone exceptional who takes our brand personally. You have a natural feel for LinkedIn and know exactly what makes people stop scrolling and engage. You bring fresh, original ideas to every conversation and hold yourself to a very high standard of writing and thinking.

You work fast, take responsibility, and do well even when things aren't clearly defined. You can take a quick voice note or a rough idea and turn it into a great post without needing a lot of direction. Everything you create has a clear purpose and helps the business grow.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

We are looking for an exceptional writer with genuine passion for brand, content, and storytelling. Someone who lives on LinkedIn, understands what actually performs on the feed, and can produce content that educates, provokes, and converts.

• 3-5+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or brand writing for a technology, real estate, FinTech, or startup brand.
• Demonstrable experience writing for founders, executives, or high-profile individuals on LinkedIn, with a portfolio that shows range, originality, and strong editorial judgment.
• Strong SEO and GEO fundamentals: you understand how to write for both human audiences and search without sacrificing quality or authenticity.
• Ability to work from ambiguity: you can take a voice note, a rough brief, or a half-formed idea and turn it into something worth reading.
• Fluency with AI tools for research and workflow acceleration, paired with the editorial discipline to ensure everything you produce sounds original and human.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
• Genuine curiosity about people, businesses, real estate, and how category-defining companies build their brand in public.

WORKING AT COSIGN

Our marketing team is based in Mexico City. This role is remote, but you'll join weekly in-person syncs with the team, so being based in or near Mexico City is required. We work with meaningful overlap with US Eastern Time.
