(4300) Integration Project Assistant (IPA) for Electrical Engineering
ALTEN MÉXICO
El Integration Project Chief (IPC) será responsable de coordinar y gestionar la integración de especificaciones eléctricas, arquitectura de sistemas y configuraciones vehiculares en programas automotrices. Este rol asegura la liberación oportuna de documentación técnica, análisis de requisitos, gestión de cambios y configuración vehicular (PROXI), actuando como enlace entre equipos de ingeniería, programas y plantas de manufactura. El IPC liderará reuniones de integración, apoyará la resolución de problemas eléctricos y garantizará el cumplimiento de los hitos del programa durante el arranque de producción.
Actividades:
- Liderazgo y Coordinación Cross-Funcional
- Liderar un equipo multidisciplinario para cumplir con los entregables y fechas del programa.
- Facilitar reuniones de integración eléctrica, revisión de programas y resolución de problemas técnicos.
- Gestión de Documentación y Requisitos
- Revisar y comunicar Program Timing, Series Card, Product Plans y Bulletins a áreas impactadas.
- Crear y gestionar Project Specification Releases (ej: Source Package, 1A, 2A).
- Procesar y dar seguimiento a Change Requests (CRs) en sistemas como DOORS y herramientas de gestión de cambios.
- Integración y Validación
- Apoyar el arranque de builds de desarrollo en plantas de ensamble, coordinando con manufactura y calidad.
- Validar la configuración vehicular (PROXI) y actualizaciones técnicas.
- Liderar reuniones de Post-2A Risk Mitigation y procesos de RAR (Requirements Analysis Report).
- Soporte a Plantas y Resolución de Problemas
- Colaborar con plantas de ensamble para resolver problemas eléctricos durante las fases iniciales de producción.
- Gestionar listas de CR Post-2A para bucles de integración PWB.
- Comunicación y Reportes
- Presentar información técnica de manera clara y estructurada a stakeholders.
- Elaborar reportes de análisis de impacto por cambios en requisitos o configuraciones.
Habilidades técnicas:
- Arquitectura de sistemas eléctricos automotrices (diagramas, estándares): Nivel intermedio (2-5 años de experiencia).
- Uso de sistemas de gestión de cambios (ej: DOORS): Nivel intermedio (2-5 años de experiencia).
- Manejo de herramientas de configuración vehicular (ej: PROXI): Nivel intermedio (2-5 años de experiencia).
- Conocimiento de normativas automotrices (FMVSS, ECE u otros estándares): Nivel básico (0-2 años de experiencia).
- Uso de SAP y Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint): Nivel intermedio (2-5 años de experiencia).
- Inglés avanzado (comunicación técnica global): Nivel avanzado (dominio equivalente a +5 años de experiencia).
