Media Client Manager

We're looking for a talented Media Client Manager to join our Retail Media team (Temporary position). In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic relationships with retail media clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving the successful delivery of data-driven retail media solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to retail media clients, helping them leverage data, analytics, insights, and measurement to strengthen their retail media proposition, demonstrate value to advertisers, and drive sustainable business growth.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Media, Analytics, Insights, Data Science, Operations and Product to ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality standards, and aligned to client expectations and business objectives. As the primary client lead, you will connect client business challenges with dunnhumby's capabilities, translating complex analytical and measurement solutions into clear, actionable recommendations that drive growth and create value for our clients.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary client lead and trusted advisor for a portfolio of retail media clients.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction through successful delivery and proactive partnership.
• Translate client business challenges into data-driven retail media, analytics, and measurement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and create measurable business impact.
• Lead strategic discussions on retail media effectiveness, performance, measurement, and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and maximize the value of dunnhumby's capabilities.
• Develop and mentor team members while promoting collaboration and client-centric ways of working.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Spoken languages: English and Spanish.
• Proven  experience in Retail Media, Digital Media, Marketing Analytics, Advertising, Media Agencies, or related commercial environments .
• Demonstrated  success managing complex client relationships and strategic accounts , acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Strong  understanding of retail media ecosystems, omnichannel media planning, campaign measurement, and performance optimization .
• Experience  working in data-driven environments , partnering with Analytics, Insights, Data Science, Media Operations, Consulting, and Product teams.
• Strong  communication and influencing skills with experience presenting to and engaging senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders .
• Ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear business recommendations that drive client value and commercial growth.
