Recepción y Registro de Pedidos: validar las órdenes de compra en el sistema de gestión de pedidos ( ERP) y asignar el mayor producto para garantizar HR arriba del 95%.Seguimiento del Estado: Monitorear y dar seguimiento continuo al estado de los pedidos, desde la preparación en el almacén hasta la entrega final.Gestión de Inventario: Coordinar con el área de inventarios para verificar la disponibilidad de productos y resolver discrepancias de stock.Comunicación con Comercial: Actuar como enlace principal con el equipo de ventas, gestionando consultas, proporcionando actualizaciones sobre sus pedidos y resolviendo cualquier problema o reclamo.Coordinación Logística: Colaborar con los departamentos de logística y despacho para programar la recolección y entrega oportuna de la mercancía.Documentación y Archivo: Compilar y mantener registros precisos y detallados de todas las transacciones y documentos relacionados (órdenes de compra, facturas, guías de envío, etc.).Conocimiento de portales del canal moderno: Deberá conocer el portal de Wal-Mart, Soriana, Chedraui, HEB, Coppel, NadroLogística inversa (devoluciones): Facilita a los clientes y al equipo comercial la solicitud de cambios o devoluciones y automatiza la actualización del inventario y los reembolsosElaboración de Informes: Generar reportes de desempeño e indicadores operativos relacionados con la gestión de pedidos.Gestión de servicio al cliente: buena comunicación con las áreas y don de la palabra para resolver incidencias rápidamente.
